St. Patrick's Day Rainbow Fruit Platter

What's St. Paddy's Day without a Rainbow fruit platter?
Ummmm hello? This is awesomely easy and festive.
I made this pretty St. Paddy's Day rainbow fruit platter on KTLA this week but it could also double as a little rainbow birthday party fruit tray. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it!

St. Patrick's Day Rainbow Fruit Platter

What you need
Marshmallows
Raspberries or Strawberries
Watermelon
Cantaloupe
Pineapple
Green grapes or Kiwi
Blueberries
Purple grapes
Gold coins or Rolos

Directions
1. Pick up a gold party tray from Party City and start slicing your fruit into cubes.

2. Now follow the rainbow from left to right starting with the "cloud" of marshmallows and then the colors as follows: Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Purple .... remember the old saying from grammar school ROY-G-BIV? This is easy guys. End with a "pot" of gold.
