No flour, no sugar, no butter, no baking and they don’t taste like 💩. These are quick and seriously so good! Full recipe above. #healthypeanutbuttercookies 1 1/4 cups of packed pitted dates (about 10 oz) 1 cup Skippy creamy natural peanut butter 2 1/2 tsps vanilla extract 1 egg 1/4 cup chopped salted peanuts Flake salt or Sea salt 6oz Dark chocolate
Down and Dirty 6 Ingredient Summer Peach Tart 🍑 What you need: 2 peaches 1 tbs lemon juice 3 tbs extra fine sugar 1 prepared pie crust sheet 1 egg Powdered Sugar 1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. 2. Unfold the pre-made pie sheet on a lightly floured surface. Roll the pastry into the shape of your tart pan and press down in pan. 3. Using a fork prick the pastry all over to avoid air bubbles. 4. Toss sliced peaches in 1 Tbs lemon juice and three Tbs extra fine sugar. 5. Arrange the peach slices in rows over the pastry. Beat an egg with a teaspoon of water and brush over the edges of the crust. Dot with butter if desired. 6. Bake for 20-24 minutes, until pastry is lightly browned, and fruit starts to brown. Rotate pan once during baking. 7. Remove tart from oven, let cool then dust with powdered sugar. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
