White chocolate-coated raspberries frozen in an ice cube tray to create bite-sized chocolate treats.

Ingredients

  • 6 oz white chocolate chips
  • raspberries
  • 1 silicone ice cube tray

Method

  1. Melt your white chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave at 30 second intervals, stirring every 30 seconds.
  2. Coat each raspberry in the melted white chocolate before placing in the ice cube tray. Make sure it's evenly coated so no red shows through.
  3. Place all the raspberries in the ice cube tray SIDEWAYS! This is important. If they are straight up they will not look like kisses. Top with more white chocolate and place in freezer.
  4. Enjoy!

Notes

Place raspberries sideways in the tray so they resemble chocolate kisses. Ensure white chocolate evenly coats the raspberries with no red showing through.
