Ho Ho Ho Ho.
Homemade ho hos aka. swiss rolls today.
These are freaking amazing. Seriously deliciously chocolate-y and delicate, yet rich. However, they are muy dificíl. I’m know, I’m sorry. These are not for the beginner baker. Much like my ice cream pinata, this is not a go-to quick tutorial. The chocolate cake is deliciously rich and the combo of the whipped filling and the chocolate ganache is truly special, just be prepared to take your time and if you make these bad boys, please send me a picture!
