Personalized Mimosa Pops because they are ridiculously happy and you never have to worry about grabbing someone else’s drink again! The best part, they are made with only one ingredient Natalie’s Orange Juice is clean and pure with no artificial ingredients or preservatives. It contains only one ingredient, oranges. Mimosa Popsicles

Ingredients

  • Natalie’s Orange Juice
  • Popsicle Mold
  • Popsicle sticks
  • Paring knife orAlphabet letters

Method

  1. Pour your orange juice into your popsicle mold. (You can also layer Natalie’s Blood Orange Juice for a two-toned popsicle). Set in freezer to freeze (4-6 hours).
  2. Using a paring knife cut your orange in half then in half once more so you have four quarters. Remove the fruit from the orange leaving only the peel. Use your paring knife to cut letters from the orange peel or use use your alphabet letters to press down and make letters.
  3. Place letters in water, orange side up. Once your popsicles are frozen remove from the freezer and attach the letters directly to the popsicle. The water will help them to stick immediately. Place in freezer until ready to use.
  4. Add champagne or Prosecco or Sparkling water to a glass and serve with the popsicle. The popsicle will slowly melt into the champagne creating the most delicious Mimosa!
