Ingredients

  • Servings: 2 (16 fries total)

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until well combined (about 3 minutes). You want a paste consistency.
  2. Use a cheese cloth or strainer to removeallliquid. This is important. You need a dry mixture. Use a paper towel to pat down any excess liquid if you don’t have cheese cloth.
  3. Line a baking sheet or air fryer tray with parchment paper and use a paper towel to shape the fries. Bake in air fryer at 350 degrees F for ten minutes then turn up to 400 degrees F for the last 6-8 minutes until crispy and browned. (Check your air fryer!) If using an oven, bake at 400 degrees F for 20-25 minutes on the middle rack until browned and crispy.
  4. Sprinkle with more Kosher salt, Parmesan, and fresh thyme. Serve hot.
