Lego Soap

Ensure Lego ice cube tray is clean and dry.

Cut soap base into small cubes or shavings and place in Pyrex measuring cup (approximately 1-1/4 cups needed to fill the Lego block tray).

Melt glycerine on high at 30 second intervals, stirring between each interval, until completely melted. Add desired fragrance or colorant. For different colors, divide the glycerine. TIP: Use a toothpick to mix colors.

Pour colored soap into silicone Lego molds and let cool on counter. Optional: Mist tops with alcohol in spray bottle to remove bubbles.

Once cool, pop out of mold and place in clear baggies.

Print out Lego Valentine card template and Handmade Soap Tags and cut to size.

Place one handmade soap tag in baggy so recipients know it's not edible and tie with twine.

Spray back of Lego Valentine card with spray glue and mount to pink construction paper, then cut to size. Use hole punch to make small hole in center of tag and attach with twine. TIP: Keep these out of the sun so they don't melt. All supplies from Michaels Crafts except Lego mold from Amazon.
