Whipped Brie Tulip Coupes with Honey & Pistachio
Whipped Brie Tulip Coupes with Honey & Pistachio
A soft, creamy whipped Brie piped into tulip shapes, finished with warm honey and delicate pistachio flakes. Elegant, quick, and perfect for spring entertaining.
Yield: 4 coupe glasses
Ingredients
21 oz Brie cheese, rind removed, room temperature
2 tablespoons honey
Pinch of flake salt
3–4 tablespoons honey, for drizzling
¼ cup finely chopped pistachios (or pistachio flakes)
Directions
Remove the rind from the Brie and cut into small pieces. Let it fully come to room temperature so it blends smoothly.
In a food processor, whip Brie until completely smooth, light, and fluffy. Scrape down the sides as needed. You may add one tablespoon of heavy cream for a lighter mixture.
Fit a piping bag with a large Russian tulip tip and fill with the whipped Brie mixture.
Divide evenly between 4 coupe glasses. Hold the piping bag straight down and pipe in one steady motion to create a tulip shape.
Drizzle each with honey and sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
Serve immediately with crackers, crostini, or fresh fruit.
