Spring Floral Charcuterie Art
Spring Floral Charcuterie Art 🌼 with @‌EatMiltons because turning creamy goat cheese into edible paint just feels right. I paired the roses with my favorite Milton’s Gourmet and Gluten Free Crackers for serving which add the perfect variety of crunch and texture.

Directions
Whip your goat cheese in a blender with 1 tablespoon of warm water for 45 seconds until light and creamy.
Separate into 3-5 bowls and add 1/8 teaspoon natural colored powder to each bowl. Mix well and add the first color to a piping bag fitted with a petal tip. Pipe your roses all over your slate board. It’s easiest to pipe half circles, layer by layer, until you have a rose. Add a second color to the same bag and continue piping more flowers. The roses will gradually change colors as you fill the same bag with different pinks.
Fill a second bag with herbed cheese and green food coloring and pipe petals. It’s best to serve immediately so the cheese doesn’t harden. Serve with Milton’s Gluten Free crackers.
