Crispy Shallot Dip
(Serves 6)
Ingredients
1 bag McCain Waffle Fries or Crinkle Fries
2 large shallots, thinly sliced
1 cup olive oil
1 tsp salt
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup sour cream
Fresh or dried herbs (1 tablespoon chives or Trader Joe’s Green Goddess seasoning)
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
Crème Fraîche Dip
Ingredients
1 container crème fraîche
1 hard-boiled egg, finely chopped
Finely chopped chives
Caviar or salmon roe
Directions
Bake or air-fry fries until extra golden and crispy.
Fry shallots in olive oil until golden; season with salt and let cool.
Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, herbs, salt, and pepper. Fold in crispy shallots. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
For the Crème fraîche caviar spread simply
