Directions

  1. Melt your desired amount of Chocolate. (Approximately 3.5-4 oz of chocolate per tree)

  2. Microwave in 20–30 second intervals, stirring between each one until smooth and glossy.

  3. Make 5 Chocolate puddles on a parchment-lined baking sheet, by spooning the melted chocolate into five circles: large (3”) medium (2.5”) small (2”) extra small (1”) tiny (0.5”) - these do not have to be exact. Have fun with it. Save two tablespoons of melted chocolate so you can layer the pieces together.

  4. While the puddles are still warm, sprinkle each one with:
    • chopped dried apricots
    • chopped dried raspberries
    • chopped dried strawberries
    • chopped walnuts
    • chopped pistachios
Gently press the toppings so they settle into the chocolate.

  5. Place the baking sheet in the fridge for 10–15 minutes, or until the circles are firm enough to lift cleanly.

  6. Stack two peanut butter cups on top of each other, wide sides together, using a small spoonful of melted chocolate as “glue.”

  7. Assemble the Tree: Use melted chocolate to attach all tiers until you have a tiered tree shape.

  8. Add a drizzle of extra chocolate or a sprinkle of toppings. Chill for 5 additional minutes to fully set. Place in gifts boxes or enjoy!
