A 30 minute ice bath helps the potatoes get crispy in the air fryer or oven.

Make sure to completely pat them dry with a paper towel or cloth before baking.

Parmesan Potato Leaves 🍁

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Cook Time: 20–25 minutes | Serves: 4

Ingredients

4 large potatoes, sliced ¼ inch thick

2 cups Kraft Natural Cheese Parmesan, divided

3 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon Trader Joe’s Green Goddess seasoning (optional)

Sea salt and cracked black pepper to taste

Optional: fresh thyme or rosemary for garnish

Garlic Aioli (Dipping Sauce)

(optional but delicious)

½ cup mayonnaise

1 small garlic clove, minced (or ¼ teaspoon garlic powder)

1 teaspoon lemon juice

Pinch of sea salt

** Whisk all ingredients together until smooth. Chill until ready to serve.

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Cut the potatoes: Slice into ¼-inch rounds. Use small maple leaf cutters to punch out “leaves.” Place the leaves in an ice bath for 30 minutes to remove starch and help them crisp, then pat completely dry with a paper towel.

3. Brush and season: Coat both sides of each leaf with olive oil or butter. Sprinkle with Kraft Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and optional Green Goddess seasoning.

4. Bake: Arrange the leaves in a single layer on the prepared sheet. Bake 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crisp.

5. Finish and serve: While warm, sprinkle with the remaining Kraft Parmesan and garnish with fresh thyme or rosemary. Serve with the garlic aioli for dipping.
