Cinnamon Sugar Sweet Donut Bread
This is my grandma’s sweet donut bread. It’s warm, comforting, and perfect for a party, morning brunch, or holiday gathering. It’s fairly simple to make and you can bake it in any loaf pan. The one I used is linked below!

Cinnamon Sugar Sweet Donut Bread
Ingredients
¼ cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup C&H® Granulated Sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 large eggs, room temperature
1/4 cup vegetable oil
½ cup buttermilk or Eggnog
1 tablespoon C&H® Light Brown Sugar
1½ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon

Topping
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
¼ cup C&H® Light Brown Sugar, packed
¼ cup C&H® Granulated Sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and a loaf pan.
Cream the softened butter, C&H® Granulated Sugar, and C&H® Light Brown Sugar until pale and fluffy.
Add eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
Pour in buttermilk or Eggnog and stir to combine.
Whisk dry ingredients in a separate bowl (flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon).
Combine wet + dry gently until just mixed.
Make topping: Mix melted butter, C&H® Light Brown Sugar, C&H® Granulated Sugar, and cinnamon.
Layer: Add half the batter, spoon some topping, add the rest, and swirl.
Bake 50–60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
Cool + slice once fully cooled for clean cuts.
