¼ cup C&H® Granulated Sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 tablespoon butter, melted *For brushing
2 tablespoons sugar + 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and a loaf pan.

Add eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
Pour in buttermilk or Eggnog and stir to combine.
Whisk dry ingredients in a separate bowl (flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon).
Combine wet + dry gently until just mixed.
Make the middle cinnamon mixture: Mix melted butter, C&H® Light Brown Sugar, C&H® Granulated Sugar, and cinnamon. Set aside.
Layer the loaf. Add half the batter, spoon some of the cinnamon mixture in the middle and add the rest of the batter on top. Swirl a few times.
Bake 50–60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs. Cool for ten minutes.
Brush with 1 tablespoon melted butter and sprinkle with more cinnamon sugar. Slice once fully cooled for clean cuts.
