Key Lime Pie Magnum Bars
Makes 10 mini bars
Ingredients
(1) 8oz block of Cream Cheese, room temp.
1/2 can (7oz) Sweetened Condensed Milk
Zest of 2 Key limes
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup Key lime juice (you can also use regular limes if that’s what you have)
1/2 cup powdered sugar
14 oz dark chocolate chips (for dipping)
Mini Popsicle mold:
10 Popsicle sticks
Directions
In a large bowl mix cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, sugar, and zest. Mix with a handheld mixer until smooth and creamy.
Pour into popsicle molds and freeze overnight.
Once your key lime pops are frozen, melt dark chocolate chips in a glass and let cool slightly. Remove frozen pops and dip into melted chocolate. Allow to harden on parchment paper in the freezer until ready to enjoy.
