Winter Wonderland Chalet Charcuterie Board

Sugar and Spice. Naughty or Nice. 😏 I made a fun IG video showing how to make this Winter wonderland chalet charcuterie board (video below). It’s rather straight forward, and everything I used is listed below. Happy Holidays!

Winter Wonderland Chalet Charcuterie Board

White wedding cookies

Mini chocolate chip or sugar cookies

White Sugarfina Greek rocks & Champagne gummies

Yogurt covered raisins

Yogurt covered pretzels

White Fudge Oreos

Zebra striped carmel popcorn

Powdered sugar donut holes

1 Mini lemon bundt cake from Bristol Farms

1 Sour apple gummy ring, 3 red sprinkles (wreath)

Cinnamon sticks

Coconut

Powdered sugar

Rosemary & Thyme (for the landscaping)

White Icing

Trader Joes ginger bread house

Directions

  1. Prepare your gingerbread house and place it on one corner of your charcuterie board.

  2. Lay down the “pebble pathway” in front of your house. I used white wedding cookies, Sugarfina greek stone candies, yogurt covered raisins, and coconut.

  3. Using a piping bag, pipe a line of icing directly on your charcuterie board in front of the house to make the “fence”. Place the cinnamon sticks upright in the icing to create the look of the fence.

  4. Gradually start adding the other elements around the board. I typically add the larger items (in this case, the cookies) on the edge of my board so all the candies don’t slip off. Remember that if you are using larger items, odd numbers are more visually attractive to the eye - groups of three or five cookies etc.

  5. Add small mounds of icing around the board and place your rosemary sprigs upright to create the “trees”. I placed smaller rosemary sprigs in between the pebbles as well.

  6. Fill in any gaps with coconut or smaller items. The board should look like it’s covered in “snow”. Dust powdered sugar over the entire board before serving.
