Dark Chocolate Crack Butter Balls

I came up with a recipe that required me to use 'crack' and 'balls' in the same title.
If you know me, you know this recipe was meant for me.
Dark Chocolate covered Crack Butter balls.
Yeah I did.
Make 'em.

Dark Chocolate Crack Butter Balls

Ingredients
Crack Butter or Almond Butter
11.5 oz (1 bag) Dark Chocolate Chips

Directions
1. Use a melon baller to scoop your crack butter into balls onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Freeze your crack butter balls for 20 minutes. (Hehehe)

2. In a glass bowl, microwave half of your dark chocolate chips at 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until everything is melted. This is important people, stir everrrrrry 30 seconds. Not after one minute, not after 45 seconds .... every 30 seconds. Thank you for listening.

3. Remove your melted chips from the mircowave and pour the rest of the bag of dark choclate chips into the bowl. The heat of the melted chips will melt the new chips. This is called 'tempering'.

4. Now remove your crack butter balls from the freezer (Hehehe every time) and dip them into the dark chocolate and place them back onto your parchment lined baking sheet. Use a fork to remove all the balls and place them back into the freezer until set. Eat and repeat.
