Ingredients

  • Golf Ball Mold
  • Soft cheese
  • Milton’s whole grain crackers

Method

  1. Scoop your soft cheese into your golf ball molds and press down with parchment paper or plastic wrap. Use the plastic wrap to really press the cheese into the mold.
  2. Freeze for one hour, pop out and place on crackers. Let crackers sit at room temperature for 15 minutes until cheese is soft. It will soften very quickly so pop them all out at once.**If your crackers are small only fill the molds half way so there isn’t too much cheese on each cracker.
