Spring Brunch Wreath
Ingredients
- 1 18" x 2-1/2" x 2" Styrofoam Wreath
- 125 toothpicks
- 1 cheesecloth, cut into 4" strips
- 2 boxes Costco French Macaroons Approximately 72, $13 per box
- mini candy bees
- sugar cookies with white sugar icing and lemon curd
- mini mandarin oranges
- chamomile flowers
- white roses
- mini bagels with cream cheese
- mini blueberry muffins
- mini croissants
- strawberries
- raspberries
- rainbow carrots
- 1 gold chocolate frame
Method
- Cut cheesecloth into 4" strips and wrap the styrofoam wreath until completely covered. The cheesecloth will stick directly to the wreath, but you can also use a toothpick to secure it if needed.
- Gently press toothpicks in and add macarons, muffins, and croissants to the wreath.
- Toast bagels and add cream cheese at the very end before serving.
- Add fruit and flowers before serving.
Notes
This is a decorative brunch display rather than a traditional recipe. Toast bagels and add cream cheese just before serving. Arrange items on the wreath shortly before guests arrive to keep everything fresh.
