I’m obsessed with these delicate mimosas. I used Natalie’s Blood Orange Juice for the bows and they are as delicious as they are beautiful. Scroll down for the mold and tutorial!

Delicate mimosas garnished with blood orange juice bows made from silicone molds.

Ingredients

  • Blood Orange Juice Natalie's brand recommended
  • Prosecco
  • Water small amount

Method

  1. Add a small amount of water to the silicone molds before adding the blood orange juice.
  2. Fill molds with blood orange juice and freeze until bows are firm.
  3. Remove frozen bows from molds and add to Prosecco in glasses.

Notes

Add water to molds before blood orange juice to make bows more firm when frozen. The delicate bow molds create tiny, fragile bows that dissolve in under a minute for a refreshing, cold mimosa. For longer-lasting bows, use the thicker mold option.
