Key Lime Pie Dip

by Jessie Daye

Key Lime Pie Dip
Ingredients
- (2) 8oz blocks of Cream Cheese room temp.
- 1 can (14oz) Sweetened Condensed Milk
- Zest of 2 Key limes
- ½ cup Key lime juice (you can also use regular limes if that’s what you have)
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- Graham crackers (for serving)
- ** If you prefer a sweeter dip add one teaspoon of vanilla extract with the powdered sugar. Try it before you add. **
Method
- In a large bowl mix cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, sugar, and zest. Mix with a handled mixer until smooth and creamy. Taste and see if you want to add a little more sweeter. Add some more zest on top.
- Freeze for one hour and serve with graham crackers. ** The longer you freeze the firmer the dip will be.
