Ingredients

  • 2 packages (2 1/4 cups)graham crackerscrushed
  • ½ cupflour
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 2 sticksUnsalted Buttermelted
  • ⅔ cupbrown sugar
  • 1 tspbaking powder

Method

  1. Crush your graham crackers or pulse them in a food processor. Combine the crushed graham cracker crumbs with all the other crust ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
  2. Spread the graham mixture evenly in a thin layer on a lined 11x16 baking sheet, pressing down with your hands. Bake for 8-10 minutes at 350 °F.
  3. Remove crust from oven and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
  4. Add green food coloring to coconut shreds and use a fork to toss the coconut so your fingers don’t get green. Sprinkle coconut all over chocolate chips.
  5. Pour sweetened condensed milk over coconut. Do not mix with a spatula.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
