What you need
- Different colored tissue paper
- A dog t-shirt that fits your pet
- Scissors
- Fabric glue
Directions
- Cut strips of tissue paper and fringe the edges by cutting into strips.
- Hot glue the fringed tissue strips directly to the shirt.
- Continue gluing on all sides until the costume is completely fluffy.
