Create beautifully decorated balloons by painting the inside with acrylic paint before inflating them.

What you need
- 2 people
- Clear balloons
- Acrylic paint
Directions
- Have one person hold the clear balloon and insert two fingers on both hands into the balloon (four fingers total), carefully opening the mouth of the balloon as wide as possible.
- Have the other person squeeze a tiny bit of paint (just a couple drops) into the base of the balloon. Do not get paint around the mouth of the balloon.
- Add a second paint color to the base of the balloon and slide your fingers out.
- Using your fingers, gently squeeze and spread the paint around inside the balloon a couple times. Do not mix the paint too much to preserve color separation.
- Leave the filled balloons on your counter for several hours to start drying.
- Blow up the balloons after a couple hours and tie as normal.
- Let balloons chill overnight on your counter or hard floor to fully dry before displaying. Once fully dry, it is safe if they pop as the paint will not splatter.
