Create festive confetti poppers decorated as fringe dresses or tuxedos using treat pop containers.

DIY New Year's Confetti Poppers
What you need
- Wilton Treat Pops from Joanne's
- Confetti
- Tissue Paper
- Scissors
- Tape
- Black sticker-back rhinestones
- 1/4" black ribbon
- Hot Glue
- White construction paper
Directions
- FRINGE DRESS VERSION:
- Unfold tissue paper partially and cut 8 fringe pieces (7" wide by 2" height). Fringe all layers together by cutting 1/4" strips from bottom up, leaving 3/4" border at top.
- Tape or glue first fringe piece around middle of treat pop, just below the end. Continue layering other fringe pieces around popper, moving up gradually with each layer 1/4" higher than previous.
- Secure final piece with glue or tape and fill with confetti. TUXEDO VERSION:
- Cut white construction paper 7" wide by 3" long.
- Secure paper all the way around with hot glue.
- Place black rhinestones down the front for buttons.
- Tie ribbon in a bow and hot glue to front.
- Fill with confetti. These work for New Year's Eve parties, weddings, or bridal showers.
