What you need
- Hot Wheels toy cars
- Knob backers (from hardware store)
- Glue gun
Directions
- Apply hot glue to the middle of the metal knob backer.
- Place a toy car on top of the glue and press down firmly to secure it.
- It's easiest to turn the car upside down on a counter and push the knob backer directly onto it.
- Be extra careful when handling as the metal gets very hot.
- Let the glue cool completely before screwing the knobs into a cabinet or desk.
- The finished knobs are suitable for decorating boys' or girls' rooms.
