Transform plain plastic Easter eggs into decorative blue speckled eggs using spray paint and acrylic details.

Plastic Fake-out Blue Speckled Easter Eggs
What you need
- Plastic Easter Eggs with tiny holes at the bottom
- Styrofoam
- Toothpicks
- Satin Aqua Rust-oleum Spray paint
- Krylon Satin Catalina Mist spray paint
- Copper or Dark Brown acrylic paint
- Tiny paint brush
Directions
- Stand toothpicks in sets of two all over styrofoam and set an egg on each set to hold them upright for even spray painting without touching them.
- Lightly spray Aqua spray paint all over the eggs and let dry.
- Apply a gentle coat of Catalina Mist spray paint and let dry.
- Touch up all over the egg and remaining spots with Aqua color again and let dry.
- Using a tiny paint brush, gently flick bronze or dark brown acrylic paint on the egg or dot small specks all over to create a random speckled appearance.
