Kraft Macaroni and Cheese Costume
What you need
- 1.5" Letter stencils or cork sticker back letters
- 3.5" Letter stencils
- 1 sheet 30" x 20" Fluorescent blue poster board
- 4 sheets 12" x 12" Yellow construction paper
- 1 sheet 12" x 12" Bright blue construction paper
- 21 toilet paper rolls
- Yellow paint
- Turquoise paint
- Paint brush
- Hot glue
- Spray adhesive glue
- Scissors
- Metal compass
- 2" Ribbon
- Photo paper for printing logo
Directions
- Paint all 21 toilet paper rolls yellow, including the inside of the tubes. Let dry.
- Trace and cut an 11.5" circle on blue construction paper using a compass. Spray glue to center of poster board 6.5" from top. Paint a thin turquoise line around the circle.
- Trace "CHEESE" using large letter stencils onto yellow construction paper, or use sticker letters and cut them out.
- Use cork sticker letters for "MACARONI &" and paint them yellow.
- Apply all letters with spray glue and let dry.
- Print Kraft logo on photo paper sized to 7" wide, cut out, and apply with spray glue to top of blue circle.
- Cut two 10" x 3" strips of yellow construction paper and apply to bottom of board.
- Hot glue painted toilet paper tubes to top of board, layering them to look like mixed pasta. Add a couple on the back for comfort. Glue one below the circle.
- Glue two ribbons to the back of the board long enough to tie around neck.
