Summer Pineapple Prosecco Punch

This Summer Pineapple Prosecco Punch is so refreshing for summer. You could also add raspberries or fresh strawberries. The fruit is delicious to eat when it soaks with the Prosecco. Recipe below!

Summer Pineapple Prosecco Punch

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pineapple juice chilled
  • 1 cup orange juice chilled
  • 1 sprig of fresh mint
  • ½ cup fresh pineapple chunks or frozen
  • 1 orange thinly sliced
  • ½ lemon thinly sliced
  • 750 mL bottle Prosecco chilled

Method

  1. Add all ingredients,except Proseccoto a glass pitcher. Stir and store in the refrigerator.
  2. When ready to serve add entire bottle of Prosecco to the punch or strain punch into individual glasses and top with prosecco.
