Strawberry Daiquiri Popsicles

Method

  1. Add fresh strawberries, sugar, and lime juice to a blender and let sit for about 20 minutes, until the strawberries release their natural juices.
  2. Add rum, water, and frozen strawberries and blend until smooth. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for 5-6 hours or until frozen. Serve as is or dip in dark chocolate!
  3. ** Variations: Add 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt for a creamier popsicle. Add lime zest for a more tart popsicle. **
