Valentine’s Day Shmalentine’s Day. I have never actually celebrated Valentine’s Day. I don’t really like to be romantic. I don’t even like fancy dinners. I feel itchy when I go to a fancy dinner. Is that weird? Maybe it’s because romantic restaurants are so dark. It’s weird when you can’t see your food. And then the fancier the restaurant the smaller the portion and the more expensive the meal. I would rather have a Subway sandwich and fudge. Or maybe a fancy dinner at home in pajamas with pepperoni pizza and hot sauce. Mmmmmmmm. Whether you’re fancy or not this fudge is delicious and perfectly pink so make some this Valentine’s Day ya’ll!
