Orange you glad it’s almost summer? ☺️

The sun just peeked out from behind the clouds in Manhattan Beach today and I’m getting excited for some warmer weather. This super easy citrus flower arrangement looks professional, but is actually super affordable. It’s perfect for a last minute summer BBQ or a Mother’s Day brunch. Scroll down for the tutorial!

How to make a Lemon, Lime, or Orange Flower Arrangement

Materials Needed

(6) limes, lemons or oranges per vase
10-inch diameter round glass vase
8-inch diameter round glass vase
floral shears
paring knife
cutting board
(2) bunches of flowers in the same hue as your fruit of choice

Directions

  1. Place the 8-inch-diameter vase inside the 10-inch one, this gap will create a space to stack the fruit slices. (You can use any sized vase as long as both vases are of different sizes and fit inside each other. A drinking glass would work as well.)

  2. Slice your fruit into 1/2” slices and fill the surrounding vase.

  3. Add water to center vase and trim lowers and arrange.
