See this content in the original post

I never met a baked cheese I didn’t like. If you live in Cali and have been to Wally’s Beverly Hills they have this incredible oven baked truffle butter brie baguette and it goes something like this 🤤

Scroll down for the dupe recipe.

Bake for an extra five if like yours extra crispy, and if you have fresh truffles let’s be friends 😉

INGREDIENTS

1 fresh Rustic baguette

6 oz Brie with the rind

Truffle Butter

Olive oil

Fresh truffle (or in oil)

1/8 teaspoon Kosher salt

2 tablespoons Honey or Truffle Honey

INSTRUCTIONs

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Cut the ends off your rustic bread and toss. Carefully slice down the middle of the bread like a subway sandwich. Be sure not to cut all the way through the bread so it stays together on one side (see video).

  3. Slather the bread with truffle butter on one side.

  4. Slice your brie (with the rind) into 1/2" thick slices and lay the pieces on top of the butter. Sprinkle with Kosher salt.

  5. Drizzle truffle honey all over the butter and brie and press your sandwich together.

  6. Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Let cool for 3 minutes before slicing.

  7. Slice into 2" slices and lay each piece on its side. Carefully shave your fresh truffle over the sliced bread and drizzle with a small amount of olive oil (1 tsp) and honey.
