No-Bake Banana Split Cake 🍌

I love this recipe for so many reasons 🥰

1. You can make it anywhere because it doesn’t require an oven or a mixer.

2. It’s fancy and not fancy all at the same time.

3. Everyone LOVES it and it’s even better when you eat it straight out of the dish with the fridge door open. YOLO 😮‍💨

No-Bake Banana Split Cake

Ingredients

2 cups graham cracker crumbs

¾ cup granulated sugar

1 stick (1/2 cup) unsalted butter, melted

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese

1 ½ cups confectioners' sugar

4 bananas, sliced

1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained

2 (8 oz) containers frozen whipped topping, room temp.

Maraschino cherries, drained

1 cup salted peanuts or macadamia nuts, chopped

Rainbow sprinkles

Chocolate syrup (optional)

Toasted coconut (optional)

Directions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter in a large bowl. Press into a 9x13-inch cake pan and refrigerate until chilled, about 30 minutes.

  2. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese and sifted confectioners' sugar until smooth; spread over chilled graham cracker crust.

  3. Place sliced bananas on cream cheese mixture then add crushed pineapple and finally, the whipped topping.

  4. Sprinkle with chopped nuts and rainbow sprinkles. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Add cherries and chocolate syrup before serving. Serve chilled.
