No-Churn Mudslide Ice Cream

No-Churn Mudslide Ice Cream 🍨🥃 The best ice cream EVER and you do not need a fancy ice cream maker or stand mixer to make this recipe. It’s delicious with or without the alcohol. Add whipping cream instead of heavy cream to make a softer ice cream. Make ahead and store in the freezer. Recipe below!

Ingredients

2 cups heavy cream (or whipping cream *for a softer ice cream)

1 (14.5) oz can sweetened condensed milk

1 cup chopped Milk Chocolate (or chips)

3/4 cup hot fudge (room temp. - not hot)

2 tablespoons Bailey’s Irish Cream

2 1/2 tablespoons Kahlua

Directions

  1. Using a handle held mixer, beat heavy cream in a large bowl until stiff peaks form. This will take about 5 minutes. (You can also use a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment)

  2. Gently add sweetened condensed milk and stir just until combined. Add 3/4 cup chopped chocolate, 1/2 cup hot fudge, Kahlua and Bailey’s Irish Cream. Mix well.

  3. Pour ice cream into a 9-x-5" loaf pan and add swirl the rest of the hot fudge on top then sprinkle remaining chocolate pieces.

  4. Freeze for 4-5 hours for soft ice cream and overnight for firm ice cream. Serve with warm hot fudge, Vodka Infused whipped cream, or sandwich between chocolate chip cookies. Store in the freezer.
