Chocolate Strawberry Golf Balls

What you need

14 oz Quality White Chocolate

Small strawberries, cleaned and DRY

Golf Ball Mold ⛳️

Directions

  1. Melt your white chocolate at 30 second intervals, stirring in between each time, until completely melted. (If your chocolate seizes add 1 teaspoon of vegetable shortening or coconut oil and stir until smooth again.)

  2. Spoon a small amount of white chocolate into each golf ball cavity and press up the edges. Let the chocolate sit for 2-3 minutes before adding the strawberries. This will help the strawberry not to fall to the bottom and “peek” through the golf ball chocolate when hardened.

  3. Add a small strawberry to each cavity. Let harden on counter for 20 minutes. Enjoy.

** TIPS: Do not leave strawberries In the fridge overnight in the mold. The juices will release through the chocolate and the berries will become soggy. If some of your strawberries show through the chocolate, simply spoon another small amount of white chocolate into a clean cavity and place the already hardened chocolate covered golf ball into the new melted chocolate. This is basically just a second coat.
