Magic Shell Chocolate Strawberry Chia Pudding

Ingredients

2 cups plant based milk, plain, unsweetened (soy, almond, oat, or coconut) or regular milk

1/2 cup chia seeds

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

2 tablespoons pure maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups strawberries, sliced

Magic Shell

6oz Dark Chocolate

1 tbs Coconut oil

Directions

  1. Combine milk, cocoa powder, maple syrup and vanilla in a blender or mixing bowl and mix well. Add chia seeds to an airtight container and pour mixture over the seeds. Mix together and add a handful of sliced strawberries. Refrigerate for 10 hours or overnight.

  2. In the morning melt your chocolate and coconut oil at 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until melted.

  3. Remove chia pudding from refrigerator and pour magic shell on top. Refrigerate for five more minutes then crack and serve with sliced strawberries. Alternatively, you can also spoon 1/4 cup of the chia pudding into 4 separate jars and add the magic shell to each individual jar. Garnish with remaining strawberries and serve. 🍓
