Biscoff Edible Village Cookies

Biscoff Edible Village 🥰

These would be fun to make for a cookie exchange. Use any chocolate. I added chopped pistachios, but coconut and sprinkles are also fun. They don’t need to look perfect! It’s not how nice the house is. It’s how happy the home is ❤️

Tag me on Instagram if you make these little village cookies so I can share 🥰

Biscoff Edible Village

Ingredients

24 @lotusbiscoffus cookies

14oz white chocolate

7oz milk or dark chocolate

Chopped pistachios

Directions

  1. Lay your Biscoff cookies on a lined baking sheet. Cut some of the corners of the cookies to make them have a slanted roof. Get creative.

  2. Melt 2/3 of your white chocolate in the microwave or over a double boiler. Stir every 30 seconds if using the microwave. Once melted, add the rest of the chocolate and stir until completely melted.

  3. Add white chocolate to a piping bag and decorate your cookies as you wish. Cool in microwave for ten minutes.

  4. Melt milk chocolate just as you did the white and add to a second piping bag.

  5. Remove your cookies from the fridge and set aside. Line a new baking sheet with parchment paper and draw a 3” thick line of milk chocolate directly on the parchment paper. Press the bottoms of three decorated cookies into the milk chocolate. Add another thin line on the base of the cookie and top with chopped pistachios or coconut. Cool in fridge for another 20 minutes until chocolate is firm.

  6. Remove from fridge and carefully cut straight across the base of the cookie so the milk chocolate has a flat edge. Stand up your edible village and enjoy.
