Day After Thanksgiving Breakfast Sandwich

The best part of Thanksgiving is not having to show up the next day for work and bring able to sit in your pajamas all day and binge on leftovers! I partnered with @thefeedfeed and @3pigspate to make this day after Thanksgiving breakfast sandwich and it’s ahhhhhmazing. All you need is a toasted bread, cranberries, roasted turkey, sliced ham or bacon, sweet potatoes, brie, lettuce, and a sous-vide egg. I used the Sous-Vide Egg Bite With Prosciutto & Gruyère , but you could use any of the other egg bites as they are all equally delicious. Full recipe on the blog! #paidad #thefeedfeed #3pigspate

Day After Thanksgiving Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients

1 English muffin or any bread

Lettuce

Ham, bacon, or prosciutto

Sliced Turkey

Cranberries

Sweet potatoes

Gruyere cheese or Brie

Sous-Vide Egg Bite

Directions

  1. Toast your bread and heat up your leftover cranberries and sweet potatoes.

  2. Stack all your meats and cheeses on top of a piece of lettuce and top with your favorite sou-vide egg bite and hot cranberry sauce. Serve immediately!
